My name is Diana, I’m the owner and developer behind Crystal Canvas Web Design. My journey into website making started when I wanted to create a personal blog to share my healing journey. As I researched how to build my own website, I became fascinated by the creativity, functionality, and endless possibilities that great web design can offer.
As a single mom, I wanted a career that I can do from home while still being there for my son and watching him grow. Over the next two years, I dedicated myself to learning how to properly code and develop professional websites from the ground up. Once I built my skills and confidence, I began reaching out to small businesses to offer my help, creativity, and expertise.
What I discovered was that many small businesses simply can’t afford to spend thousands of dollars upfront on a website. And even when they do invest that kind of money, they don’t always get the quality they were promised. Too often, business owners end up with outdated, poorly designed sites that fail to reflect the professionalism of their brand.
That left many small businesses in a difficult position — either they couldn’t afford a great website, or they didn’t know who they could trust to build one properly. So I decided to create a business model designed specifically to solve this exact problem.
That’s how my $0 down plan came about. It gives small businesses a more manageable and affordable way to get a professional, custom-built website without the burden of a large upfront cost. More importantly, it allows me to build long-term relationships with my clients and continue supporting their growth and success as their businesses evolve.
